We offer Express Shipping via Australia Post. FREE shipping on all orders over $100 otherwise a flat fee of $10.

Regional 1-3 business days

Once orders are place, they are not able to be edited, added or cancelled.
If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business day.

Please note – Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather or due to other postal service delivery issues that are beyond our control. Online orders are shipped from Cooma NSW Australia

Dispatch Times

We endeavor to process and dispatch all online orders within 1 business day. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your products. If you change your mind, or require another size, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase.

• Refund – if product returned is in new and re saleable condition
• Exchange/ store credit – if product returned has been broken within the 30 day guarantee (power chew} toys only
